I have participated in so many design contest where the CH would just ignore everyone. No star ratings, no feedback, and wont answer any questions until the contest is over, and then say "none of these designs were what I was looking for". It's very very frustrating. It's a contest, you're suppose to be active. Goodness gracious, it seems like 99D is more focused on helping the CH more than the designers themselves.
