Don't allow CH to choose winner before contest actually ends declined
I just came across a contest that I thought could have been fun to participate in (*Quality Cellular Needs a Logo*), and it had 10 hours left until the contest ended... I went to it, and was going to read the brief so I could start coming up with designs, but a winner had already been chosen, so I can't participate!!!! (right?)

Why should a contest holder be held to the default setting (currently 10 days) for the length of a contest. What if they only want to run the contest for 5 days, or they find a design they 'love' after only 3 days. Not fair to other designers to submit, when CH already has an idea of winner
