Stop multiple nick system
I think these days some people have made multiple nicks that they can use to prais their own design by various nick as well as use them to defame other designers to make their designs look good. Not to forget PMs are used by all the multiple nicks to make it worse. I suggest 99 should make it mandatory for a designer to have a paypal account mentioned in the profile which cannot change.
Any thoughts?

Like me for instance, On my IP it shows two accounts, we don't complement eachother because we know it is wrong and not fair my wife has an account as well, so I think it is a good idea for people who take this as an advantage for sure but for everyone I don't really think it needs to be done?!

The other major problem is that often people in one household or office share a computer, or an IP address. We have lots of husband/wife design teams. All I will say on the topic is we have a VERY good idea of who is using duplicate accounts, and we have ways of detecting if people have been "patting their own backs". As we progress, these systems become more sophisticated.

Note that PayPal does not work with a good number of countries, and it's impossible for me (Serbia) to make a PayPal account. Still, a good idea, but hard to realize.

The problem with multiple nicks is that they can't fully be stopped. It is all about IP address. I can have multiple accounts on my PC but i will be spotted and banned. If i decide to use a friends, work PC, cafe with different accounts i can never be caught. Better still i don't need to leave my desk and just download one of those free (or better still paid) IP address changers and move around.
