Put contests on hold when CH hasn't logged in the past 72hrs

I think that contests should go onto auto hold (or auto pause) when a CH hasn't logged in; in the last 72 hours. Then when the CH log's in again, it can automatically start back up, with the time still left. Or better yet, force the CH to give feedback on designs. Maybe not all designs, but at least till it's at %75-%85 heath again (before factoring the fact that CH logged in.).

An email should be sent to CH telling them that they need to look at their contest. Needless to say, when contest is on hold new designs can not be added.

The only thing that I can think of that might need to be changed with the current system, is how time is kept for last log in. As it stands it seems to only count the time from last log in, till next log in. But doesn't keep track of the session that the user was logged in. (My profile says that I last logged in days ago, but I'm still logged in.)

Well, that's one of my ideas at least.

    Ohhhh I like this one!
I really like the idea of having the CH give feedback to make it active again.

Interesting idea, it's something we have been considering actually.
