1 on 1 creation
I think contest holders should have the option to choose a designer that suits them based on previous works, and have the designer garunteed paid and no time limit. so its 1 on 1 creation! Designer and Contest Holder Relation!

Bro, Mr.T is right. If you want to do that make a email and put it on your profile and just say to have a private contest with me email me at... www. whatever@yahoo.com. No need for 99designs to change that! :)

Well, if 99designs would work like an escrow then that might justify the additional cost of launching a contest on the site. Otherwise, there would be no real added value in merely providing a communication interface. Email would suffice. That's just my two cents. Would like to see others' comments as well.

I think 99designs can add a lot of value by providing a contest-like interface for communication, display, and management of designs, and perhaps help designers by managing the invoicing and design exchange...

And why would I pay 99designs $39 when I can just PM the designer and work with directly off-site?
