Amateur section
A good idea would be to have a part of the site where amateur designers can submit random work and the more experienced designers can give constructive critisism. Many amateurs enter loads of competitions and never get any direct feedback (myself included). It would be nice to be told how you could improve your skills or what you are doing wrong.
