Let designers vote for winning design on withdrawn contests,

Let designers vote for winning design on withdrawn contests,

then list the winning design with the other wins of the designer, and mark it somehow as "designers vote". I see all this beautiful work on some of these contests, then the CH decides not to pick a winner. What a waste! It's very discouraging.
