I've started to see more and more of this, and it really bugs me. CHs that are hosting contests for their clients. (In other words the design is not for the CH, but for someone who probity hired the CH.)

I think this should be banned because....
1) It slows everything down.
2) It seems like we never get feedback (Something that should be forced on the CH to give I might add.).
3) If the CHs client doesn't like any of the designs then no winner is picked.
4) If a winner is picked then the CH will have the rights to the design and put it in there portfolio, while delivering it to there client. (In other words clam it as their own.)
