Display if an entry has received feedback next to rating
on the contest page, you can see the entries rating before clicking on it, but you have no idea on whether or not it has received feedback like you used to. some CH's dont like to leave stars, so it makes it hard to browse around

Wish I could use more votes for this!

But why do you have to look into other designer's feedback?
All you are interested is general feedback and your entry feedback.
This is a no.

Sometimes the CH leaves vital information in other designers' feedback, such as changes in style direction.

Totally agree. Often times you'll find feedback on another entry that can apply to all designers, but the CH may not think to write them up in the general comments area.

Agree on the point of the feedback, and therefore it's good to see individual feedback. The issue becomes when you start seeing the same type of concepts being submitted based on that designer's feedback. Again, needs some form of moderating.

Generally I'll try to read the feedback on the top client favorites, as this will give me a direction to the client’s tastes (or lack of). Then I'll use my skills as a designer to come up with something unique that has the client’s flavor. Sorry for the longwinded statement…I’m a YES!

While I totaly agree with ulahts I'm pointing out the fact that many CH's will refere to individual feedback when people ask for comments on their work (see other comments/feedbacks etc.)
In my oppinion feedback should be visible to CH and entry designer only - that would make CH comment more and give more global feedback

The main reason we haven't done this is we don't want to clutter the contest interface. Adding another counter and clearly indicating what it is would actually be fairly hard to fit into the current layout, any specific suggestions?

I think this is an important feature because Designers need to know what does the client like or dislike, besides who wants to copy paste ideas will do it wether he reads feedback or not.
If the layout doesn't fit or if there's no space, maybe instead of the "click to leave feedback" , it can says "has feedback or 0 feedback".

I don't thing this is a fair way of doing this. I love getting feed back from Contest Holders but I don't think it's in the designs best interested. It would seem that it would undermine the Designer. It's not like it doesn't happen anyway, but I don't want to make it too easy for someone to do this.

@admin...
A simple and uncluttered way to do this is by putting a little checkmark or maybe the initials FB that will turn on green when there is at least 1 fb post given.

I agree with ulahts- who cares what the CH says to other designers, make your design as good as possible without worrying what the CH says to them...0 votes from me, sorry!
