Add the ability to invite designers to contests

If you have seen great designers and you like there style, it would be good to invite them to create a design for your contest. You may then get a design which is closer to what you are looking for and in a style you admire.
This one is on the cards.

If this is implimented it would be nice if the designers had a small section saying which contests they were invited to. Then you can easily click on each contest from the designated area.
This would be as opposed to sending out private messages. Some of the the more popular designers would get their inboxes spammed with invites.

It would be nice to make this official, but you can just PM the designer and ask them to join your contest now.

We often invite folks to our contests as a way to get faster results. Love this idea and it's currently a bit of a pain.
