ability to sort entries from best to worst!!!
It would be very helpful for contest entrants, if the contest holder sorted the entries from most likely to select to least likely to select.
It would be a very nice feedback feature that would help also the contest holder to select and screen proposals and also would show to everyone else what are his likings. This would make contest entrants submit improved designs and also would allow potential entrants to see what the holder likes and what not.

is this not already in effect? when in a contest, you are able to sort by star rating. click the drop down menu called 'order by' and click rating --> go
