Allow Contest Holders To Attach Files planned
For example if a company wants a business card and they already have a logo they would like on it, the contest holder can include the file instead of linking to it.

Helpful for both the designer and the CH. We all spend enough time using time on great designs that may or may not be chosen so why take it up more time with requesting files or trying to figure out how we're going to go about getting the logo.
