Fix search pagination planned
On the search page, if results are more than 20, there's no way to review any other designs below them. Take this search query as an example:
http://99designs.com/search?q=cssIt reveals more than 400 contests, but only the first 20 are displayed. I have the feeling that this is intended actually in order to protect designers' privacy.

Feedback on contest holder planned
Same principle as on ebay, where you can leave feedback on a seller's reliability.
Would be nice to review how a contest holder has done in the past, considering feedback and payment etc. -

create a panel of judges to oversee copying complaints planned
Realise that there probably isn't enough human resources to cover this suggestion, but I'll suggest it just the same :-) This comes from the fact that 'copying' is becoming rampant and there are no penalities for doing so.
There is too much blatant copying of other designers' entries going on at the moment and there is no recourse open to the 'copied designer' . Once a designer gets a 4 star rating or great feedback from the contest holder, it seems to be a green light for all the copiers to make an appearance.
Have this happen to you once or twice, a designer may take it, but when it happens over and over, just isn't on, particularly when it's the same handful of designers who are the culprits.
A panel of 99d admin staff could moderate and decide whether a copying complaint is valid and if upheld, the designer has to remove their entry.

Fix "Contests Entered" planned
Revisions and resubmissions count towards "Contests Entered." Either change it to "Contest Entries" or subtract all other entries to the same contest from the count.

"Read Brief" opens on same page as main contest's page. planned
This isn't a really big thing , but what if the "Read Brief" will just collapse/ expand when you click it? No need to load a new page?
P.S. or is there a setting for this already but I haven't noticed it?

View more than 30 results in site search planned
when keywords entered in search box result in more hits than can display on screen, I don't seem to be able to scroll through more entries. If I want to scan titles to find one I saw before but forgot to make note of, I'm unable to do so without scroll ability.

Add the ability to invite designers to contests planned
If you have seen great designers and you like there style, it would be good to invite them to create a design for your contest. You may then get a design which is closer to what you are looking for and in a style you admire.
This one is on the cards.

Streamline the "elimination" process for designs planned
Currently, when a CH wants to eliminate a design, they have to:
Click on the design. Get taken to a page with ALL the designers entries and then find the design again and click the Eliminate button, then click on the confirmation screen.
It would be great if the CH could Eliminate a design from the main contest screen. Maybe bring an ajax lightbox up to show the design and confirm it on the same page so you can still view the other entries.
With the server slowness, it can sometimes take way too long to eliminate a design.

moneybookers as a payment method planned
As I live in Sri Lanka, I am unable to accept payments through paypal, credit card, electronic transfer (requires a BSB number), escrow.com other than WESTERN UNION.
However it would be great if you could also add "moneybookers" to your payment methods as this supports any of the countries around the world. Also it is an instant payment method with very low fees. I am sure those who are having similar cases would love this. Kindly pay your attention on this. Thanks

countdown the days remaining for CH pick a winner planned
Right now, when a contest ends, there's a message saying the Contest Holder has 7 days to declare a winner. However, this number remains the same regardless of the number of days that have passed since the contest period completed. Please show the correct amount of days remaining.
Nice idea - this is actually something we're definitely planning on doing along with clarifying the life-cycle of contests. Stay tuned :)

Allow Contest Holders To Attach Files planned
For example if a company wants a business card and they already have a logo they would like on it, the contest holder can include the file instead of linking to it.

Have RSS feeds for designs submitted to a contest. started
I'd like to have an RSS feed to see all the recent submissions to my contest. I'd really like an RSS feed for everything on the site, like flickr does.

Confirmed Payment started
With the new health system the "holder has awarded x contests" maybe more in depth feedback for the contest holder, like eBay where the winning designer can confirm that they have been paid
Yup, that will come with enhancements to the guaranteed contests and prepaid contests system. Based on the users we have surveyed, it's actually pretty rare to not get paid if you have been declared a winner.

Contests where the contest holder has paid ahead of time
This feature is well under way, once we finish the trial of the guaranteed contest feature this will become a standard option for contest holders.
