  1. I like this idea. Wish i had more votes left =/

  2. ahh, I wish you would have searched better. You would have found I have made a topic for this already =) Actually a day before you heh.

  3. I second this.

  4. I think it would be a great way to promote communication and more efficient contests.
Lots of knowledge, wisdom, and FAQs can be shared as well to help the 99 community grow more pleaasantly.
as far as PHPBB, true its simple and quick, but there's way too many security threats with that board. Im sure 99designs has the ability to code/secure their own unique board.

  5. @ Mr.T thank you for the link.
I guess Nadia and lacklan have a point here. There are some complications that would have to be worked out regarding the details. Many CH's are oblivious when it comes to understanding difference between mockup and coded site. and Many CH's might also get ripped off with sloppy/buggy coding because of this. Hmmm....

  6. please support this idea guys! thank you!

  7. i was just about to start a topic for this. im surprised this has not received much support, atleast from the contest holders.
BTW, where is this marketplace link you are referring to?

  8. I think a check and balance or review system would be great for both designers as well as contest holders. This can promote a good sense of business and communication between both parties with a degree of trust based on the ratings.
Negative feedback must be disputable of course. You have my support!

  9. I agree wholeheartedly with this concept, but i also agree with Nadia here. A distinction must be made within the portfolio between winning contest entries, and the artist's personal fav. submissions. This should also facilitate the CH's in navigating through and learning more about their designers' styles and capabilities.
