I don't think that this will go well ? because if we see many CH's are not giving feedback/rating to designs, they just eliminating the designs in this case if a designer points out.....a CH.
Then I'm sure, the designer will get a negative feedback%.

Disagreed, as a designer you, me and everybody should respect ones work. If you found somethings fishy with a designer then better option is to report it to "99Admins"
Wait there's another idea to implement your request ie when you see a designer using stealed works, you will click a button ie "Report" a box will appear, make you comment... then 99admins will verify the design and warn him.
I don't agree with this, this will create problems and fight between designers.
Only 99 admin should take care of everything will be good for everyone.

At the same time i disagree because Contest holders are not giving rating to some designs (they are skipping the rating/feedback) so the designer without any feedback needs improvement then how he will do that....? obviously by watching othe
