I think this would be a good idea, I have heard people who are not part of the website are copying winning designs and then contacting CH's and telling them they will do it for a cheaper price...which is why so many contests go unpaid!
Oh, forgot to log in...I am sarah Dunbar and I have written this idea. I do not think the solutions are fantastic, but I know something needs to be done by this. If any one has any ideas on how to stop people undercutting designers on 99designs, feel free to let me and others know!
